Plot summary
An animated retelling of Night of the Living Dead moves the story from 1960s rural Pennsylvania to modern-day New York City. Ben and a handful of other desperate survivors barricade themselves inside an abandoned apartment building. Barbara, Johnny, Tom, Tami, Judy, and Harry Cooper, along with Helen Cooper and Karen Cooper, are among those trapped inside the building. Confined and cut off from the outside world, the group lives under constant attack while the undead close in around the building. - The film had been in production on and off for five years since 2009, and according to Tony Todd it had two different directors with two different approaches at different points in time.
