Plot summary
Margo, Agnes and Edith come back from Badger Scout camp with merit badges, and three of the Minions are entranced by them. Those Minions want badges of their own, so they set out to try scouting for themselves. At their own camp, a bear turns up and poison berries get eaten. A dam is blown up as well, and a massive flood follows.
