Plot summary

Tommy Oliver, Kimberly Hart, Adam Park, Billy Cranston, Rocky DeSantos and Aisha Campbell defend Angel Grove as the Power Rangers, answering to Zordon. After they take part in a charity skydive for the observatory, Zordon tells them that the hyperlock chamber holding Ivan Ooze has been found at a construction site, and sends them to reach it first. Lord Zedd, Rita Repulsa, Goldar and Mordant get there ahead of them and set Ivan free. The Rangers fight him and beat his Oozemen, but he escapes and attacks the Command Center, leaving Zordon dying and the team without powers. Alpha 5, using the little energy the center has left, sends them to the planet Phaedos to find the Great Power, which can restore Zordon.
