Plot summary
Maya's hive in Poppy Meadow has little honey after a poor harvest. An invitation arrives for the hive to compete in the Honey Games in Buzztropolis, and taking part means contributing half of its honey. At the Games, Maya meets Violet, the daughter of Master Beegood and another competitor. Maya persuades the Empress to let her hive take part in full, but Willy spills honey on the Empress. Maya proposes a wager: a win for her team settles the matter, and a loss costs her hive all of its honey.
