Plot summary
Batman deals with Solomon Grundy, then visits Wayne Enterprises as Bruce Wayne, where his employees discuss Brother Eye, an AI system whose OMAC drones could take over tasks for people. He sets the idea aside and goes home. Convinced that time spent as Bruce Wayne costs him time as a vigilante, he decides to sell the company. Two-Face discovers the sale and sides with Red Hood, wanting payback for being overshadowed and a boost to his reputation. A message asks Batman, Nightwing, Batgirl and Batwoman to gather in one alleyway. Batman agrees to the meeting, and Robin joins the others despite Batman's demands.
