Plot summary
A retail conglomerate employs Melody, who likes to spend her holidays traveling with her girlfriends. Her boss sends her back to the sleepy town where she grew up to persuade the townspeople to allow a new discount store. They are reluctant, and they oppose what her company stands for. The trip puts her back among her family and back in front of Carter, her childhood sweetheart. Melody once meant to leave her small town life behind, and she is eager to get out of town again.
