Christmas Waltz (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Avery is a Manhattan contract lawyer who has long pictured a storybook Christmas wedding, and her fiancé David has agreed to it despite their busy work schedules. She also wants an elegant first dance, and since neither of them knows ballroom, she books a series of waltz lessons. With just over three weeks to go, David makes a decision she sees as putting his career ahead of her, and she breaks off the engagement. Recalling the dance classes she took as a child, before her parents pulled her out, Avery decides to use the ten lessons she had booked. She goes alone to the dance school, where Roman, its owner, teaches her. Her first lesson is a disaster, and she thinks about quitting, but Roman helps her keep going.
