Plot summary
Pat and Darius are two stoners in California, where medical marijuana dispensaries have reached record numbers and more states keep legalizing the drug. The two decide the medical marijuana boom can make them money, and that they can sell what they grow to dispensaries. Their venture is a risky one, taken on to pay off a debt. Smoking marijuana is a skill they have; growing it is not. To become legal growers they take a trip to Dr. Doobie and come away certified. That certification gives them access to a Bel-Air mansion, which they use as a grow house. They also persuade a celebrity backer to put up the money for the operation.
