Plot summary
A mock documentary about Cheech and Chong, who are trying to complete a video album for their novelty record Get Out of My Room. The project runs over budget as they film four music videos, with fake interviews and behind-the-scenes footage separating the songs. The videos are for "Get Out of My Room", "I'm Not Home Right Now", "Love Is Strange" and "Born in East L.A.", a parody of Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the U.S.A.". In the title video, Ian Rotten leads a British punk band and The Man is its American guitarist.
