Plot summary
Joan Anderson is a hellraising inmate, and the prison grants her an emergency furlough so that she can visit her dying mother. The guard assigned to take her is Nicole Stevens, a rookie who works part time at the prison and looks after her own mother. The two women set out together, and the trip soon spirals out of control, turning the escort into a road trip.
