Plot summary
As children, Dudley Do-Right, Nell Fenwick and Snidely Whiplash meet at a lake with Dudley's horse and talk about what they want to become: a Mountie, a traveler, a villain. Years on, Dudley does his duty in the mountain town of Semi-Happy Valley, missing what is in front of him, while Snidely robs banks. After Snidely and his crew empty a bank of money and gold, he sends his men chasing him to the Sudan and hides the gold in the local lakes. Dudley catches him at it, and Snidely talks his way out by pretending to hunt vampires. Nell arrives home from a world tour. A prospector named Kim J. Darling finds the gold in the river, and the rush that follows hands Snidely the town.
