Plot summary
In New Orleans, the neighborhood of St. Jude Square is controlled by two rival gangs, the crews of the local kingpins Dash and Antoine, and the residents live in fear of them. Drug trafficking and corrupt officials have worn the community down. A mysterious stranger, Ryan Hong, arrives in town with martial arts skill and begins to set the two gangs against each other. He draws strength from the teachings of his mentor, Tiano. The town's police chief, Victor Swan, known as Mr. V, is corrupt and has used the gangs for his own agenda. He is impressed by Hong's skill.
