Biography

Danny Cosmo is a stuntman and actor from New Orleans, Louisiana, whose career began with high diving. He started diving as a small child and in 1994 won a bronze medal at the World High Diving Championships held in Silver Springs, Florida. That medal opened the way into stunt work. In 1999 he appeared on the Guinness Primetime Television Show in Los Angeles to try to set a record for diving from the greatest height into the least depth of water, and on September 24 that year he dove 29 feet into water just 12 and a half inches deep. In April 2000 he beat his own mark in Munich, Germany, with a dive from 29 feet and 1 inch into water 12 inches deep. He broke the record twice more and reached 29 feet 5 inches, the water 12 inches deep. He works in New Orleans as a stuntman and actor.
