Christmas Land (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Jules Cooper has built a marketing career in New York and has a boyfriend, Mitchell, but her grandmother Glinda has died and left her Christmas Land, a Christmas-themed village with a tree farm in the countryside. Christmas Land has long mattered to local families, and much of what Jules remembers from childhood is the holidays her family spent there. She plans to sell the property and put the money toward a home in New York City. She arrives to claim it and meets Tucker Barnes, the lawyer handling the estate. The village has declined since Glinda's death, and the real estate tycoon Mason Richards wants to buy it.
