Plot summary
Armando Álvarez has lived and worked his whole life on the ranch that belongs to his father in Mexico. Money is short, and the family is looking for a way to save the ranch. Armando's younger brother Raúl comes home with his new fiancée, Sonia, and pledges to settle all the debts his father has incurred, since he has done well as an international businessman. It seems the ranch's troubles are over. Armando, the older brother, falls for Sonia. Raúl's business is not legitimate, and the family ends up in a war with Onza, the most feared drug lord in Mexico.
