Blood and Money (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

Jim Reed lives alone in a camper near the woods of northern Maine, a former Marine and Vietnam veteran a year sober, divorced and estranged from his son. He hunts deer for meat and eats at a diner, where he is friendly with a waitress named Debbie. One afternoon, changing a tire, he spits up blood and passes out. Later, out hunting, he fires at what he takes for a deer and finds he has shot a young woman. He flees to town, where television news reports a casino robbery of $1.2 million and three security guards killed, with the crew still at large. Realizing he left a cigarette butt beside the body, Jim hurries back into the woods.
