Plot summary

Robots are common in the future, and Sam is a mechanic at RoboWorld, a robot theme park in Cosmo City. He lives with three robots he built, Kit, Okra and Wilmer, who want to be superheroes, and he loves Sue Widdington, his childhood sweetheart, who reports for channel six news. Sam buys an expensive ring and chooses Valentine's Day to propose. He and his robots then witness the supervillain Oscar steal another expensive ring, and Oscar, who wants Catherine, the mayor and Sue's aunt, to accept his proposal, plants robots disguised as cash machines around RoboWorld. When Oscar and his henchman Victor cross Sam's path at the park, Sam mistakes Oscar's ring for his own.
