Plot summary
Abigail Trent is a CIA PsyOps officer and the second in command at the Citadel, a top-secret black site in Jordan run with Five Eyes partners. She joined the agency to find who was behind an attack on a hospital that left her husband and daughter dead. The Citadel holds Hatchet, a high-value detainee described as brilliant and infamous. The officers stationed there include the translator Tessa Harijan, the head of operations Rashid Nassar, the Mossad liaison Uri Wasserman and the contractor Raymond Miller, a former Marine.
