Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

Punisher, a vigilante, raids Cain, a dealer who trades in stolen S.H.I.E.L.D. technology, and takes him hostage. Black Widow, a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and Avenger, was running an operation to uncover the larger terror plot behind the devices, and the raid breaks it; she tries to subdue Punisher. Cain escapes during their fight, and S.H.I.E.L.D. detains Punisher. With her only lead gone, Director Nick Fury offers him a deal: his freedom, if he joins Widow in finding Cain and stopping Leviathan, a global terrorist network that intends to sell the stolen technology to whoever pays most. The two then set out after Cain together.
