Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

A century ago, Hoopa's power became destructive and out of control, and it was confined inside the Prison Bottle. In the present, the Pokémon's interdimensional rings pull Ash Ketchum and his friends Pikachu, Serena, Clemont and Bonnie into Dahara City, a desert city beside the sea. There they meet the Mythical Pokémon, able to summon people and other Pokémon through its rings, though in its altered state it cannot travel through them. Baraz, one of Hoopa's caretakers, arrives in the city with the Prison Bottle, and his sister Meray also watches over Hoopa.
