Anaconda 3: Offspring (2008) on Netflix

Plot summary

Stephen Hammett, an animal hunter, brings a team to the Amazon to capture an anaconda, and the snake is kept at a Wexel Hall research facility in Romania. There Professor Eric Kane works on a serum derived from the Blood Orchid, in a project headed by Amanda Hayes and funded by the industrialist Peter Murdoch. On a visit to the lab, Amanda says the building lacks what is needed to hold a snake that has grown to extraordinary size. Murdoch agitates it with a large flashlight, the anaconda goes into a frenzy, breaks through its enclosure wall and gets out, freeing a second snake as well. Murdoch brings in Hammett to capture both, and Hammett's team sets out with Amanda and Pinkus.
