Crystal Allen

Crystal Allen is an American and Canadian actress who was born in California on August 13, 1972 and grew up in Camrose, Alberta. She studied dance in New York City for years, which took her to Japan and Monte Carlo, and she worked as a model before training at the Lee Strasberg Institute. She took the lead role of the scientist Dr Amanda Hayes in Anaconda 3: Offspring (2008). She played the same character in Anacondas: Trail of Blood (2009). She played Navigator Yara in Star Trek: Of Gods and Men (2007). She appeared in Crooked Arrows (2012) with Brandon Routh. Another film was Ghost Storm (2012) with Carlos Bernard. On television she had notable roles on several hit shows. She starred in the Hallmark movie Falling in Love with the Girl Next Door. She also appeared in Maid in Manhattan and in the short films Comic Con and Lake Arrowhead.
