Plot summary
In Cleveland, Roman MacGregor is about to marry Mia, his childhood girlfriend. Deklan and Brandon, his older brothers, are former U.S. Army Rangers who deployed overseas; Deklan carries what he saw there, and Brandon has a family of his own. At her bachelorette party, two men, Vince and Frank, approach Mia, and after she sends them away they seize her and take her to their boss, Max Livingston, who runs a sex trafficking ring. Mia manages to leave Roman a voice note explaining what has happened, and he calls Deklan. Detective James Avery has been trying to gather evidence against Livingston without success, and corruption in the department leaves him with little room to work.
