Ashton Holmes

Ashton Holmes is an American actor born in Albany who began his on-screen career in 2004 with a three-episode stint as Greg Johnson on the daytime serial One Life to Live. He then became known for playing Jack Stall in David Cronenberg's A History of Violence (2005), followed by a recurring role on Boston Legal. His later film credits include Peaceful Warrior (2006), Wind Chill (2007), in which he co-starred with Emily Blunt, and Smart People (2008). On television he has guest-starred in Cold Case, Ghost Whisperer, Numbers, House, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. In 2010 he played Sid Phillips in the HBO miniseries The Pacific, then starred as Thom on Nikita from 2010 to 2011 and appeared as Tyler Barrol on Revenge from 2011 to 2012. He also toured with the Collins Tour company of Rent from 2002 to 2005, playing Mark Cohen.
