Zenon: Z3 (2004) on Netflix

Plot summary

At eighteen, Zenon Kar has never failed at anything she has attempted, so she signs up for the first Galactic Teen Supreme contest. Its opening stage is a hot-pod race from Earth to the Moon, and it calls for a license she does not yet hold. On her driving test near-misses come one after another, until something unseen takes hold of the pod and sets it down safely on Earth. Dasha, the foster daughter of Commander Edward Plank and Aunt Judy Kling, admires Zenon and hides inside the pod before the race. On the Moon, Zenon qualifies for the second heat and meets another competitor, Bronley Hale. Sage Borealis, an environmentalist who wants to stop the Moonstock festival and the settling of the Moon, asks for her help.
