Plot summary
Connie Kaminski, a former Olympic racewalker, is unemployed, has suffered a miscarriage, and gets little attention from her husband Rick, a senior IRS audit specialist. Her best friend Joanna, known as JoJo, lives with her mother Josephine and makes YouTube videos, and the mailman Earl pursues her. A stale box of Wheaties prompts Connie to write a complaint, and a free coupon comes back; Greg Garcia, a cashier at her A&G Family Marts store, tells her companies habitually reply that way. Connie and JoJo trace the coupons to a factory in Chihuahua, Mexico, where married employees Alejandro and Rosa Diaz agree to send them unused ones. The two start a website, Savvy Super Saver, and sell coupons for profit. Ken, who works in loss prevention for the A&G stores, learns of the losses the companies are taking.
