Plot summary
Rose-Lynn Harlan is released after a year in prison for throwing a package over the wall at Cornton Vale, and she says she did not know what was in it. The year cost her the job in the house band at Glasgow's Grand Ole Opry. Her mother Marion, who has been raising Rose-Lynn's two children, Wynonna and Lyle, wants her to give up the music and find steady work. Rose-Lynn instead takes a cleaning job and keeps singing.
