Plot summary
Vicki Lynn works as a waitress until press agent Steve Christopher turns her into a fashion model. Vicki is then murdered. Detective Ed Cornell is set on blaming Christopher for the crime. Vicki's sister Jill is drawn into the case as well. It is a remake of the 1941 movie I Wake Up Screaming, and both come from the same novel.
