Plot summary
Jackson is a serial killer in London whose face is disfigured and who wears a hockey goalie mask. He has grown lonely and weary of murder, questioning why he began killing at all. When he meets Shelly, a blind woman, she cannot see his mask and treats him with warmth. For the first time, he has someone to confide in, and he tells her about his past. Before meeting her, he had no one to talk to and was seen only as a monster. With Shelly, he starts to believe he could stop killing and build a different life. Now Jackson must decide whether to give up murder and try to build a life with Shelly.

- Writer-producer Mark Cutforth got the idea for Unmasked Part 25 after watching several Friday the 13th films over one weekend. The film implies its killer Jackson is Jason Voorhees, said to have survived a drowning at an American summer camp and murdered a number of camp counselors.
- Cutforth, who studied as an English major, also drew on the metafictional ideas of Luigi Pirandello's 1921 play Six Characters in Search of an Author.
