Plot summary
Denny has had a long run of bad luck with men, and her thug boyfriend Chip has just left her again. Then she meets Kaz, a homeless street musician, and believes she may have finally found a good one. Kaz carries a curse: the mother of a girl he fooled around with back in middle school made him turn into a demon whenever he becomes aroused. Denny's friend Sonia is a psychic, and nerdy Charles is another man who wants her attention. Young women have been dying across the city, and the deaths are blamed on someone called The Mangler.
