The Witches Hammer (2006) on Netflix

Plot summary

Rebecca was a normal woman before she was attacked in the streets; a top secret agency, Project 571, brings her back from the brink of death. She asks to go back to her husband and son, and the agents refuse, telling her that they have altered her into a genetically modified vampire. They promise that she may one day see her family again, and on that promise they train her as an assassin. Her missions send her after vampires, the thing she has become. The agency also sends her to stop the Souls of the Damned from being unleashed into our dimension.
