Plot summary

Elena Peters attends a party with friends and finds Arkin locked inside a wooden trunk in a room away from the other guests. She opens the latches and frees him, which sets off booby traps that kill her friends and other guests. The Collector abducts Elena, and Arkin flees through a window, breaking his arm. At the hospital he hears that his wife and daughter came through unharmed. Lucello, who works for Elena's wealthy father, Mr. Peters, leads a team of mercenaries hired to hunt the Collector and rescue her. He offers to clear Arkin's criminal record if Arkin shows the team the hideout. Arkin guides them to an abandoned hotel, refuses to go in, and is forced inside at gunpoint.
