Plot summary
After 46 years of marriage, Muriel Kleinman leaves her husband Sam a note and goes. While Rachel, Ben's wife, and Ben's three sisters, Linda, Hillary and Bonnie, set about finding her, Ben takes his father Sam out to the country to look at a farmhouse that he and Rachel are thinking of buying. The day out becomes a longer journey once Ben's car is wrecked and Sam buys a 1940 Ford convertible, and the two men keep driving.
