Plot summary
Strange atmospheric disturbances occur in different parts of the world. Five friends, Brendan, Charlie, Rob, Annie, and Kara, drive to a remote cottage in the woods for a vacation. At a filling station on the road, they encounter a man who calls himself The Hunter. After reaching the cottage, they explore the area and come upon a cabin that looks abandoned. Inside are photographs that show the cabin belongs to The Hunter and that he was once an astronaut. When he returns without warning, the friends slip out and run back to their cottage. That night The Hunter appears in the woods outside, and the friends believe he has come to attack them.
