The Prophecy 3: The Ascent (2000) on Netflix

Plot summary

A war in Heaven and on Earth goes on, and Pyriel, the Angel of Genocide, rises with the aim of wiping out humankind. The one person who can stand against him is Danyael Rosales, a street preacher who believes God has turned away from everyone. Danyael is a Nephilim, the son of an angel and a mortal woman. He heals from wounds, and only the removal of his heart can kill him. One night, as he preaches before a crowd, a blind assassin shoots him, yet the man is chased off before he can cut the heart out, and the angel Zophael takes up the task instead, carrying a blade that folds out into a three-pronged hook. Gabriel, a fallen angel who has lived eighteen years as a human, keeps watch over Danyael.
