Plot summary
Queen Albertina travels from Gelfland to the United States with her son, Prince Edward, to seek a trade treaty. Edward wants to escape his life and spend time among common people. Near the beach, on the one limousine ride he is allowed, Cash Canty, a Southern California surfer and skateboarder who wants to be rich and leave his boring life, skitches along on the car as it heads back to the hotel. Cash meets Edward in his suite, and the two agree to swap lives and go their separate ways.
