Plot summary
Bill and Phylis Mitchell ask their two grown sons to come home in the weeks before Christmas. The plan is to take the family house apart inside and out and decorate it as the Christmas house, a tradition the family kept for years and then dropped. Mike works as an actor, and Brandon is a baker who arrives with his husband Jake. Andi Cruz, who grew up as Mike's neighbor and friend, has come back to the area after a divorce with Noah, her son. Each member of the family is facing a decision and has kept it from the others.
