The Batman vs. Dracula (2005) on Netflix

Plot summary

The Joker and the Penguin escape from Arkham Asylum and race to Gotham Cemetery, where the Penguin believes treasure is hidden in a crypt. A cut on his hand bleeds onto a corpse, and the body wakes as Count Dracula, whose remains were moved to Gotham after his death in Transylvania. A watchman is bitten in the Penguin's place and rises as a vampire, and Dracula brings the Penguin under his control. Batman sets aside an attack he witnesses, and at a party in his manor a guest calling himself Dr. Alucard takes an interest in the reporter Vicki Vale. Citizens vanish, the press calls them the Lost Ones, and the attacks are blamed on a bat-like figure. Batman looks for a way to cure the Lost Ones rather than harm them.
