Plot summary
Chester wants to move to Brazil and Chris wants his impounded car back. The two are best friends working the registers of a health food-themed supermarket in Los Angeles, and their outlooks on life differ. When a buyer named Carlo answers the ad for Chester's 1990s Corolla, Chester has Chris mind his register and goes to the meeting. Chris, a ticket scalper, swipes two tickets to a hip-hop show and tells customers to pay cash so he can skim money. Danny, the store manager, owes the dealer Jay three thousand dollars and cleans out a register to pay part of it.
