Plot summary

Taeter City is governed by THE AUTORITY, a dictatorship that keeps order with Zeed, a radio wave system that marks out criminals from ordinary citizens. The same waves reach into a criminal's brain and drive him to end his own life in grotesque ways. A police corps known as The Biker's collects the corpses and takes them to vast slaughterhouses, which turn the human flesh into products for fast food chains that feed the population. The city has no crime, no riots and no crisis. Then Zeed stops behaving as it should: criminals no longer die by their own hand, and the waves leave them stronger. Three Biker officers, Razor, Shock and Wank, are given the job of dealing with it.
