Plot summary
Dixie is a postman in a South Wales town, a mod who has spent his life hoping to discover a band worth managing. Scrolling through YouTube, he finds The Premature Congratulations and decides they are the ones, then heads to London with their demo on a cassette. In the city, his old friend Horsey, now in the music business, refuses to help him. While pestering Horsey in a pub, Dixie meets a famous band manager. He borrows money to stage the band's first gig, and the cash saved for his wedding to his partner Shell goes into the same pot.
