Strange Tales From Appalachia (2017) on Netflix

Plot summary

Three short films from filmmakers in Northeast Tennessee, the heart of Appalachia, tell horrifying and suspenseful tales. In "Pretty Girl," a young woman gets away from a kidnapper and takes refuge in the Appalachian wilderness, where friendly hikers help her, though the woods hold what she fears most. In "Man Vs Ghost," the star of a ghost-hunting show on public access and his sister worry that ghosts are following her home, and he wants an episode big enough to sell to the Travel Channel, so he builds it around her fear. In "The Room," an ordinary man is kidnapped and held in a makeshift death match arena, where he must fight or be killed.
