Plot summary
Becky is sixteen and has cycled through a series of foster homes since neo-Nazis killed her father at the family's lake house. She lives off the grid until she settles in with Elena Cahn, an older woman who treats her like a daughter and does not ask about her past. Becky works at a diner, where three men from an extremist group called the Noble Men mock her; she pours hot coffee into Anthony's lap. The three follow her home and force their way inside, and they leave with Diego, Becky's dog. Becky wakes to find Diego gone and sets out to find the men.

Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Producer J.D. Lifshitz approached Matt Angel and Suzanne Coote in December 2021 to write and direct the sequel, then gave them no further direction and only three weeks for the script; Angel watched Kill Bill to work out the tone and the characters.
- The whole picture was shot in secret in New Jersey in a span of 18 days, with additional filming in the town of Scotch Plains in early June.
- Angel, Coote and cinematographer Julia Swain deliberately dropped the hand-held camerawork of the first Becky, shooting the sequel with steadicam and slicker camera movements instead.
