Plot summary
Ahlam is a Lebanese painter in New York City, short of money and hoping to keep her artist visa, which she wants extended so she can remain there. A paid delivery upstate looks like a way to improve her situation. The parcel she carries draws attention, though: people with varying degrees of menace take an interest in the package and in the woman carrying it.
