Jessica Nash is a young single mother of two, fixing up the house she inherited from her grandmother so she can sell it and move. Her ex-boyfriend Rob turns up with his friend Sammy and pulls her out, and Jessica is furious that Rob has brought Sammy into the home where Lainey and her baby brother Mason live.
