Plot summary
Bobby wants the trip to bring him and Jules back together, so he takes her to a small bed and breakfast on an island reachable only by ferry. The island is curiously deserted, and the ferry has been shut down in memorial of a couple who were mysteriously murdered, so the two cannot leave. Then Bobby wakes to the same morning again, and each repeat ends the same way, with a hooded figure killing him and Jules. Nothing he tries gets them off the island or keeps them alive. Taking the loop to be tied to the earlier murders, he questions the bed and breakfast owner, who answers cryptically and urges him to do the right thing. Bobby also grows agitated as the loops pile up and begins quarreling with the townspeople.
