In the City of Light, Dr. Maybee runs experiments on the electricity and wants octopuses for his work to bring back the daughter he lost. On the Peninsula, Arkie lives with her father, a giant octopus called Blister, and the two of them help plants recover where the power no longer reaches. Chihoohoo and his crew come hunting a giant octopus, promised a reward for one, and Bunniguru and Egg, on the same errand, run into Arkie.
