Plot summary
Harry Stoner lives in a Beverly Hills mansion. He wakes screaming for the second time that week and acts out the Brooklyn Dodgers games in the bedroom. His wife Janet urges him to call a doctor for hypnosis, and he tells her every morning costs him $200: the mortgage, their daughter's Swiss school, pool cleaner and tree surgeon. He co-owns Capri Casuals, a Los Angeles apparel company kept afloat by fraudulent accounting and possibly facing an audit. On the day of the fashion show for out-of-town buyers, he and his partner Phil Greene argue about paying for a new line.
