Biography

Matt Keeslar is a retired American actor who studied at the Juilliard School, where he belonged to the Drama Division's Group 24 and graduated in 1995. As a student he played the title part in a touring staging of Molière's Don Juan under the direction of Joseph Chaiken, and he produced and acted in a student mounting of Waiting for Godot. His screen work includes Waiting for Guffman (1996), The Last Days of Disco (1998) and Scream 3 (2000), along with the miniseries Frank Herbert's Dune and Stephen King's Rose Red. He also took the lead in the short-lived science fiction comedy-drama series The Middleman in 2008 and acted often with South Coast Repertory in Costa Mesa, California. He retired from acting in 2010.
