Plot summary
Darius leads a clan of vampires given to sex and violence. He recruits Maxx and Lisa, a couple recovering from drug addiction. Membership requires that they renounce their humanity and become vampires. Immortality comes with advantages and disadvantages, and their drug habit turns into a craving for human blood. That blood addiction is called the Thirst. Each new fix leads Maxx and Lisa deeper into debauchery.
